Eating raw food affects a lot of very different people…

RAW FOOD TRUCKER!

Description: This guy was dying. Literally.  He lost over 200 lbs eating raw and juicing.  He didn’t need his diabetes meds after just 4 days!   I’m super impressed that he has figured out how to take control of his life despite spending most of his time on the road.

If you or anyone you know has diabetes this excerpt from an astounding documentary is critical!

SIX OBESE DIABETICS CURE THEMSELVES OF DIABETES IN LESS THAN A MONTH!

How?  Eating raw organic foods with the help of Dr. Gabriel Cousens.

EATING RAW DOESN’T HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED OR “GOURMET.” MAYBE EVEN THE SIMPLER THE BETTER:

I will be doing more research on the idea of high-fat eat all you want raw eating vs. this low-fat eat mostly fruits approach.  But I like this girl, her accent is cute and you can see clearly that the 80/10/10 diet developed by Dr. Douglas Graham and used by many ultra-marathoners (that’s people who run 100 mile races or more) works wondrously for her…

HOW TO OPEN A COCONUT FAST!

Description: Coconuts are the best.  I like to drink them & then spoon their flesh out and feed it into my greedy coconut hole!  Most of the videos on how to open coconuts involve drill bits, saws, and throwing the coconut on the cement and cussing at it (oh, wait, that was my method).  This guy does it right!  He made my life a lot easier.

RUNNING RAW UP THE PALM SPRINGS TRAM ROAD

Description: Tim VanOrden is a competitive raw guy and he wins this race and sets some records!  All on raw food as fuel.  I like this video because it’s set where I live in Palm Springs, but watch some of his other Videos on YouTube, he does crazy stuff like run up the steepest streets in California, etc.
